Sucks about the loss. Unfortunately though, theres nothing Sport on that car. No moldings, no mtech exterior package, no mtech interior package, no suspension package, its not even listed in your vin decoder breakdown sheet as a sport. Ive owned two sports, a clubsport, two actives, and my sister has an active. Youre missing package 337. Maybe its considered a sport because of the vin being KC but theres not sport package included.

I don't care what you owned or what your sister has. I never said it has any m parts of any sort its listed as a sport so that's what i listed it as. What your talking about is optional packages. Not every sport has every package like you said the vin says sport but you say its not ? if your not interested don't post show me something with my vin saying active/base if you can't your comments don't mean anything to me.

The fact that it doesnt list sport package...hence, not being a sport. Listing sport in the decoder means its a sport otherwise, its just a base with options, thus making it active package.

Funny because the **** you listed don't say sport either its just a base with an m package my vin says sport so that's what i listed it as. The dealer says sport so that's what i listed it as. This site displays a roundel in the logo does that mean its part of BMW no its a trade make violation.

I figured out what I was missing!

After extensive research concerning this car, I have learned that the previous owner stripped this car of every Sport option and added a base/active package in it's place. It's a Base Clone.

Look closely at the build sheet again. It's all there supporting the owners claim...you guys don't have clue one about build sheets or 318ti Sports in general.

M TECH or whatever you want to call it, is everything SPORT related. There is NO what ever you want to call it on your car. You drove a model that I venture to say was an Active. How do I come to that and not BASE you may ask. Well, as previously stated by my dear friend ElChicano...we took a close look at the side of your car. Two pictures of a door from different angles offers us just enough to positively identify it as a BASE/ACTIVE. Had my dear friend ElChicano gone above and beyond mere sleuth status and busted out his super-duper sleuth powers...he would have mentioned the wheels. These wheels are ACTIVE model wheels. These wheels came stock on my car...an ACTIVE.

Post more pictures of your car and we can peel this onion a few more layers.

Well before you comment on it do some research
Since you brought it up, here's some research for you:

ALL sports have the "M Sport" package listed in the vin decode. That is the package that basically defines it as a sport. Exterior (with the exception of 1995 models) includes side moldings, M-tech front and rear bumpers, and 16 inch Style 18 wheels. Interior will have 2-tone leather/cloth, with sport seats. And of course, sport suspension. Without these, it is simply not a sport package.
