Hey John, registered just to reply to your post. Is there any rust on the car (underbody or otherwise)? What made the car be 75% repainted, just fade with age, wreck or...? Any idea what would fix the rough cold starts? I'd love an Avus M Sport, though CT is a bit far from SE MI...

It does,
The previous nose was a tad beaten so I had it replaced and repainted - I like the 95/96 style vs. 96/99 and installed it. Good eye!

I reallllllllly like this car and the price is fair.
Any images of the full sides each way. All I can see is the angels and not the front view of the side (does that make sense?)
I replied to the CL POST asking a few other questions too.
You can email the images to junglejoon@msn.com.
Thanks!

Btw the silver is sweet. Don't see many of them.
Curious what gear shift knob is in this. My '96 had an original 3 stripe kind, then when I went to take delivery, someone at the dealership stole it off the car and put something crappy in its place. I demanded the original, but it was long gone so they had to offer me a brand new off the shelf from an M3. No integrity at car dealerships. Also what tires are on this?

i hadn't seen the alaska blue for sale here until Friday. my loss. hope it found a good home. that was identical to that which i sold 5 years ago. regretted it every second since.
do get in touch if for some reason you decide to part with the Silver.
CT is just an 8 hour drive and I driven vehicles back from VA Beach, Atlanta, and Jersey, so this is doable at the right time of year.
have fun with your SILVER ti.
