Just got some Bilstein sport shocks and eibach pro springs.. When I install them, should I get the car alligned again? Also, what parts are commonly worn on a ti's suspension that I should consider changing at that time... thanks for any help..

Check the condition of the tie rods and suspension bushings while you're in there. The ball joints and rear shock mounts are known weak points of the suspension, so check these even more closely. If you haven't done it yet, it is probably worthwhile to just go ahead and replace the rear shock mounts with stronger aftermarket components or E46 mounts (which I think fit and are stronger).

I would also get an alignment.

unless you remove the tie rods and/or mess with the bearing support of steering knuckle your alignment should be pretty good.
