Initial Questions about 95 318ti

Hi everyone!

I'm brand new here. I am looking at a 95 318ti with 150000 km on it with an automatic tranny and I have several questions before I make my decision about the purchase.

1) How often are oil changes? Only synthetic I assume?
2) Fuel efficiency? Premium only?
3) Maintenance costs? What is the likely thing to go?
4) Any other useful info or quetions that I should ask the owner?

The owner seems to take good care of the car and it seems to be in very good shape. Any help is appreciated!

from what I gather 95 auto trans arent the best and have a usual life of around 100k miles.

Not to be a downer, but two things come to mind - that's a LOT of miles and (in my opinion) the car does not really shine with an auto tranny. With a decent quantity of comparatively low mileage 318ti's out there, I'd pass on this one (unless of course it's free!).
