Vogtland Brand Springs

Does anyone know anything about Vogtland springs? I have found some pretty cheap on e-bay and was wondering if they were any good because if so I'm about to get them. Thanks for whatever anyone knows.

Also, does anyone know about putting these in? Is it hard and if so how much do you think it would be at a shop?
