Saw this on Ebay. If anyone is serious about it, I can drive over and check it out for you.

That bottom grille is ugly, but the dual exhaust is niiice. They replaced the 318ti with ///Mti, did a lot of intereor swaps, but left the grey fabric seats in? Where are the vaders? Very sweet car though... hey L8, take it for a drive and blow the motor...make the guy do a M engine swap... d= I like the car though...very clean look. Gives me a few ideas...

there is nothing "M" on the outside except the emblem. Not much on the inside either.

I don't see how that is special, still had the standard non m bumpers, cloth seats, it's auto, and by far is not the "THE BEST LOOKING 318TI OUT THERE"

I'll give it to him - nice car - but "best looking" is a stretch. And you have to wonder any time they lead with the "stereo matches the dash." Answered a couple of questions for me though - am considering repainting to silver (one of these days) and wondered what the mouldings look like painted.

I bet that the paint guys loved not having to remove or mask the rubber moldings when they painted that one. The piant will last weeks not months when applied over rubber that has very likely seen lots of Armor-All. Not my kind of ti and surely not "One of a kind."

you'd be suprised I almost bought a red painted molding 318ti that had been that way since 96, still looked good.

i would buy a new moulding to paint on.

I hear you...paint should stick fine to new mouldings, unless it's too new and it still slippery with mold-release compound.

There's just a vibe I'm getting from that Ebay car that says, "Old mouldings, Armor-All and paint a peeling come summer."
