Hey,.. does anyone know if all 95 base model Ti came with alloy wheels or just steelies with hubcaps?

I have no idea about the Canadian order deck, but in the U.S. all base cars in '95 (as well as later years) came with steel wheels. The alloys were not even an option from the factory on those cars. Of course that didn't stop some dealers from using take-offs from other 3 Series cars to upsell the ti customer, or to confuse them into thinking they were buying an Active car.
