Nasty Sound Help!!!

I have a 97 that is automatic and when i accelorate in a low gear it makes a nasty sound like the gears are slipping or something, but once it gets moving its fine. does anyone know what this might be?

Yeah i dont think its the fluid levels becuase they are all where they are suposed to be
