HELP!! Need colder air

Hey,. I was just wondering what the best bang for my buck is to get colder air in my 95ti? and also is a cold air kit hard to install?

do a search on "fogged intake". Its just a homemade intake snokel it works and is under $20.

...or read one of a million different threads on this subject. Nothing personal, but I'm tired of these cai threads. These things don't do much for performance in our cars, except add bling bling.
