I don't think so because Quaife does not make a diff that will fit in a 4 cylinder case.
I called Quaife America when I was looking for my Quiafe. I never heard that a 2002 or 320 diff would work. Even if you buy a Quiafe you still need someone to set it up correctly in the housing. That is buck$ if you want it done right.
