after reading this, http://www.nsxprime.com/FAQ/Performance/brakelines.htm, i'm questioning going to stainless lines for my every day driver. what are people's opinions of stainless lines? how often, if ever, have people replaced them? from the description of failures that can occur, the stoptech lines that bmp sells sound about the best ( http://www.bmpdesign.com/product-exec/product_id/1781/category_id/108 ). either that or i just get stock oem replacements.

My Scirocco had stainless steel lines, put in by previous owner. All I can say is, when you mess with the calipers, be carefull, the lines are very succeptable to kinking, if you happen to twist them.

I was thinking of putting them on my car, but probably not necessary. To be honest, I think the stock setup I have works great.

Stainless look good but are very prone to vibration fatigue, stick with OEM.
