I'm not entirely sure if this is the right place to post this thread but I was told by my mechanic that my aux. fan isn't working. He checked the fuse box and said the fuse was missing but the wiring didn't even seem to connect the fuse to the fan...Just wondering if anyone has any idea as to why someone even disconnected it or if theres a reason? thanx.

Caleb

PS - sorry, this seems like a pretty vague questions but any ideas would help alot.

I dont know why anyone would disconnect the fan and the wiring should connect to the fan unless someone messed with it

the wiring is not straight to the fan. it goes to a relay first.
The fan usually stops working because of a bad temp sensor os the coolant reservoir sensor.
Change the sensors and voila!. Use LOW temp sensors if you live in a hot state, that way the fan kicka on faster.
