for all you guys who have ugraded pulleys and such on you DASC with good tuning how much boost can be had reliably on the stock M44 internals?

That is a good question. If you have good tuning, and are running a good fuel i.e. 115 Octane. the M62 blower is good up to about 15 PSI. An intercooler, or water injection is highly recomended though.
