From this point I cannot advance as fast with my mods because of the high dollar prices on them. what do you think i should do? this is what I came up with.... any other ideas? Links??? I need 30 HP more.... that's it.
Ignition Solution Coils $775
S. Sprint Headders $1145
ShrikCams $2250
Port and polish Head $1300
Rebuild engine $2300
AA SC $4500 (most HP but remember the engine has over 50K miles....)
Dyno tune @ AA $850

I say the SC, but I have heard some nightmare stories about AA.

yeah... SC is definately a nice stuff.... but who makes one other than AA that's reliable and not as EXPENSIVE as Dinan???

Displacement is a way to go... but thinking about it... I should still have about 80K miles left on my engine with compression within factory specs... so.. I don't know if it is worth rebuilding and boaring.

a Head jod would definetly be a great thing.... but it won't give me the HP I am looking for... anyone know about ERT??? Links?? SC sellers...

bmp cams would be a lot cheaper and from cam you willl not get 30 hp headers wont either port n polish has to be used with other mods to get a decent usable power range you best bet is the dasc its 3200 dollars

I'd think some aggressive cams and a tune should be worth 20ish hp. If you are worried about the effects of the supercharger then this is the path I would take. If your engine's compression is fine then I think a supercharger would be just fine, just don't up the boost and you should be safe.

Add those up without the SC and you are way over $5000. You can add another two cylinders for less. Is there a reason you want to keep the 4? You listed rebuild engine. What is your compression now? Does the engine need a rebuild?

Why AA instead of Downing Atlanta? DA is over $1000 less.

I wish there was a SC for an S52 for $3200!!! I'd do that in a heart beat!.
Cams and all the other mods are great, but the cost of the LABOR is what's gonna kill me!. a SC I can install myself... but cams or head work,,, heemm... NAH!
I am going to call Turner and AA today. I will let you know what the experts recommend on my case.
