can't imagine the shipping charges on that! price for the engine/trans and all associated needed wiring seems damn good though! oh well ...

The as-is part would scare me. It is a good price. I'd expect to pay at least $8000 for all that.

to me thats high mileage. I see wrecked m3s once in while going for the same price whole with less miles.

Shipping is about $200 carriers.
The as is part IS kind of scarry... BUT got to talk to the guy and get some kind of warranty on it.
or pay a local mechanic $100 to go and check the engine before you buy it (I did that in Louisiana, THEN I drove to get it)
A local Euro junkYard is selling a 1999 with 45K with 5 speed for $5500 all included. I can relay the PH # if anyone is interested.
