next time try the search function. it's quite useful.
active has: 15" alloys, sunroof, cruise, OBC
sport has: 16" alloys, sport suspension, M body kit (bumpers, door moulding, etc), partial leather interior, thigh bolster adjustment on seat, OBC

I have both a 1995 318ti(for sale) with Active pkg and a 1996 318ti with Sport package. The biggest diffrence aside from the m body kit is the suspension. The suspension on the sport is a lot stiffer which in turn means better handling. I have noticed that the sport does have noticable bump steer. There is none in the active pkg. I do like the fact the sport has a limited slip but you dont really notice that unless your in rain or on the track.
One thing I wish the sport had is the OBC and Cruise control.

my car is an active, with sunroof, 15 inch alloys, NO M-trim/bumpers, and no sport suspension, but I do have the half leather seats with the lumbar support for the thighs, and foglights/driving lights and LSD... but no obc, just a clock. :(
