I'm seriously considering buying a 318ti as my next car, but I'm split on 2 that I'm really looking at. One a '95 Club Sport, 1 owner with 187,XXX miles. The owner added the M3 bumper and 17" Contour rims. Asking price is 8 grand. The other is a black '96 with the M package and 87,XXX miles. So which one would you guys go with and why? What are the differences between the Club Sport and M Package cars? Thanks.

If the owner added a M3 bumper it is not a true Club Sport.

Also, I'd say that asking price on the Club Sport is a little high for the mileage.

Yeah the 95 has too many miles for 8k. If I were to sell my 95 ti, I would sell it for 8k and it only has 53k miles.

i bought my 95 ti for 8500 and it only had 65k miles...granted it wasnt a 'club sport' or have 17s, but i still think the 95 has too many miles...

Well thanks for the help everyone. Yeah, I figured the 95 was on the high side. Would 6900 be too much for the 96, or just right? That's the asking price on her right now, but I'm sure I could work it lower.

Much better than 8k. Try lower, wouldn't hurt.

Oh yeah, one more question. How's the rear seat room in a Ti? I usually have friends and family ride with me, how many people can comfortably fit in a Ti?

Get the '96 one, asking price is ridiculous on the '95.

Everyone that has been in my car is really suprised by the roominess of the backseat. I've fit 7 peeps in my ti, but it was not very comfortable(5 in the back seat; 3 girls and two guys). One very fun night!!!!HEHEHEHE :biggrin: I would say 4/5 people for a comfortable fitting.
