Did the whole M-Tech setup on my '95 last summer, the rear bumper 51-12-9-402-928 lists @ $457.80, the dealer discounted it for PCA membership to $368.24

Forgot to mention, it had to be ordered from Germany, took 2 weeks. You could probably get it quicker from Bavarian Autosport or one of the larger dealer parts depts.
