Catalytic Converter problem

Started hearing raspberry sounds from my exhaust, turns out my catalytic converter's seams ae rusting. Any suggestion for replacement? Or is this an opportunity to replace the whole thing with a cool exhast system. If so, which brand should I get?

The seams are rusting? I haven't seen yours, but it's most likely the heat sheild around the cat. If you can, rip it off. They are a pretty common culprit for exhaust rattles. There should be quite a bit about it in the exhaust forum too.
