Fuse Box confusion [Archive]

Does anyone know what fuse if for our heated mirrors? Because earlier someone said it was f19 and when looking at my fuse box i THINK its missing, im not sure though cause im retarded and dont know anything about electronics. Is the fuse the peice of wire or the colored plastic? So if the plastic isnt there does that mean i never had heated mirrors to begin with? as you can see i'm rambling on so can you guys check for me, heres a picture:

where's the pic? the fuse resides in the colored plastic piece which plugs into the fuse box (looks like a little piece of wire with a small bulge typically).
