On the way home I noticed my car started shaking a little bit, but I was only a few blocks away when the shaking started. When I got home I checked the car, and the left front brake was extremly hot and was actually smoking a little bit. The brake pad was obviously rubbing. I am not sure if it is stuck like that or exactly what it is that is causing it to happen. Is there anyway to adjust this, or fix it myself?

Thanks

You might want to remove and clean the caliper pins.
If that doesn't help your calipers may need to be rebuilt.
Also be sure the bolts holding carrier bracket is secure.

I think our 944 was doing this a bit today....

Its not fun. I took the car out a drove it around a little bit. I kind of rolled up and down the driveway and hit the brakes hard a few times. The pad doesn't seem to be rubbing so much anymore. After the drive way test I drove it around town for about 5 minutes, and when I pulled back into the driveway I could smell the brake a little. Then I went to the country and did a few more stops, and I couldn't smell the brake at all. It also was no hotter than the others.

I still plan on taking it in though. I am considering the zionsville autosport plus 2 conversion. 330 brakes are what they are maybe? Do those bolt right up?

I'm guessing you need different calipers. Do you have solid rotors now?

Yes I do. The kit comes with with calipers, pads, rotors, and lines. Then you will be fine. That sounds like the brake upgrade to do.
