Help!!!!

I have no idea what is wrong with my car i was driving tonight and for some reason when in neutral it would stall for no reason and when driving it would like jump and bump when under normal driving conditions check enginbe light just came on and havent had time to get it scanned yet.Any ideas? :x

Its a manual i just replaced the clutch about 4000 miles ago

I think the syncronizers may be messed up because my car grinds when putting into reverse and sometimes third when the clutch pedal is completly depressed.
