Why is finding a spare for my 97 so hard???

If anyone has had this problem too, or has any ideas it would be really appreciated!!
I purchased my ti about 6 months ago- and love love it!
The only problem is that is came without a spare tire.
I have been to literally 7 different places including 2 different bmw dealerships
trying to get a spare tire and (this has been the super difficult part) someone who knows how to attach it to the car.
It seems that there is a few parts missing- that aren't shown in the part catalog that secure the tire under the car.

It just so happens that I have the spare tire with all the needed hardware etc.. just laying around in my garage. I have a fiberglasses box made into where the spare tire housing used to be, so make me an offer and I will ship you out the spare + hardware/housing asap. Paypal is the best way to transfer funds unless you want to do it via money order etc...Well the offer is on the table let me know asap because im planning a move and Im trying to clean out everything.
