I need an owners manual for a 95 318ti as I am sure it is different then my 3 series owners manual. If no one is willing to sell one can copy one or does anyone know where I can locate one or a reproduction of one?

I received no help here but I did locate a manual on eBay and one that Brett Anderson sells at his web site koalamotors.com. Hope this helps someone else looking for a manual...
