Desperately need an S52 1996-1998-9 M3 Engine/Tranny/ECU

ok, the money is in the bank, i got around $6k to do it, i got a shop that will do the drop for $2k, so all i need now is the parts, i need to find an s52 in good shape hopefully under 80k miles, with a manual tranny, and matching ecu... can anyone help! i'll have around $4k for the engine/tranny/ecu, please anyone im anxious!!! :evil_lau:
