'95 318ti with 166k?

Is $3000 a good price for a '95 with 166k miles? Any tips / threads on what to look out for (besides the sticky at the top of this forum).

It all depends on whether the owner(s) maintained the car.
I wouldn't worry about the mileage and it sounds like it is priced to sell.

I'l be working on a buyer's guide soon.
Things to look at would be the windows. When the go up and down does the inside door panel move inward? Could mean a bad window regulator.
You may have to replace suspension bushings.
RSM, LCAB, etc.
