Alarm?

Alright I'm starting to think my car might of previously had an alarm. By the passenger's side headlight, there is what looks to be the siren/horn included in alarm kits. The siren has a sticker on the back listing part number 82 11 1 467 019. The first 7 digits of that are the same as the Alarm Kit listed on Realoem but I couldn't find the siren part. Also my car has that stupid stick on the driver's side window warning about an alarm. Now I have no interest in having an alarm, but I would appreciate keyless entry. Is my car equiped for it and just missing the remote. What else can I look for, and if it is equiped, is it as simple as buying a new remote?

I have a stock bmw alarm which is keyless entry. They sell the same alarm for my car on bavauto.com. Also when you pop the hood in the front passenger side there is a lever ,it is highly noticeable thats part of the alrm too. If it is alrmed and someone pops your hood it goes right off. There are sensors on the windows in the door.
