Bilstein or Koni

I am going to get shocks but don't know which ones to get. Looking for feedback on these two brands (or any other). I'll be running H&R race springs. decisions decisions :shakefis:

I have Bilstein sports now, but next time I want to try the Koni's. It seems more people have been a bit more satisfied with them.

I have a buddy who has koni's on his civic...says he loves them...he wants me to get koni cause they're adjustable. But I don't even know if I'll be adjusting them that much
