Geez i remember when i turned 21,that feels like decades ago. Only thing you have to look foward to is 25,that way you can rent a car anywhere you go.

When I was 18 the age limit was 18. At 18 1/2 they changed the law to 19. By the time New York raised it to 21, I was 20. I ended up stationed in Germany just shy of 21, like it really matters there :drunk:
