I am looking for headliner as well as the one for the sunroof.

I went to an auto trim shop and they did it for $200

www.eap4parts.com is my favorite. There's not a lot on their website, but if you call them with a part number they can get pretty much anything.

Last time I checked the headliner was around $200 from my local dealer. That might have included a 20% BMW CCA discount but it certainly wasn't expensive and in line with a re-cover cost.
