Does any one know what a worn driveshaft do?
when i drive my car in first gear if i accelerate and suddenly decelerate and accelerate again, like if im driving in a parking lot, the whole car starts to shake back and forth (like if i didn't know how to release the clutch) and it makes noise. I have changed the engine mounts, transmition mounts; and recently changed the flex disc thinking it was going to solve the problem, but it didn't. It feels better, but it still shakes like back and forth. If i continue to accelerate after i get the back and foward movement, the shaking decreases til it dissapears.
Any ideas on what is causing this? it is driving me insane, makes it feel like an old car...
