Hey Guys,

Im looking at buying a 318ti. I currenty own a Civic ESi the two cars Im looking at are the Civic VTi and the 318ti.

I absolutely love the looks of the 318, but have never driven on and so no nothing of how they handle or perform.

Do you think a 318ti would be level pegging with a VTi on performance (0-60 in around 8 seconds) and how do they handle etc?

Thanks for any help you can offer!

If you ever drive a rear wheeled car compared to front wheeled you will never go back.
The BMW with excellent weight distribution holds the road amazingly especially when you put nice 17inch M3 wheels on like mine
The Engine is very torquey but not the most rev'y engine. I've got the M44 engine and it doesn't rev as well as my old Alfa twin spark or any VVT celica's I've driven. But that just means you change your driving style.
I've only had mine for a couple of months and love it. I can go round corners quicker than any car I've ever had and it looks soooooo gooooood.
Get one - you won't regret it. Euro German cars are the best!
