I have a 98ti Sport with M package. It does not have the OBC, is it possible to just swap in the dash OBC? Will all the functions work? I assume that I would need to put an outside temp sensor in. Has anyone ever done it and does anyone know where to get an OBC?

It's more than just that. I'm contemplating the same upgrade. You need the stalk on the steering wheel, and some wiring harness too.
