Most importantly, I'm looking for some either M-Tech or better shocks & struts, along with some lowering springs. I have $400, but would like to save some of it.

Less importantly, I would like either an ACS strut bar, or similar style.

i have m-tech rear shocks and spring and front shocks too make me a offer came of a 97
