ive got the column covers off and the ignition switch removed from the locking cylinder/ignition cylinder...whatever you want to call it. but i cant see how to take the cylinder off. except from what looks to be two break away screws on top. but they look hard to get too cause of no tilt wheel. unless the tilt function is hidden somewhere and i havent been able to find it.
