328 swap

i just finished a 328 swap (obd2--> obd2) motor trans harness dme ect,
now the car cranks but wont start no fuel or spark, from what i understood the ews wont even let it crank if its not aligned or will it? i am going to the dealer to have it aligned but is this my problem?
there is fuel pressure pump works.

That is a start. There could be other problems but the EWS must be aligned with the DME.

will the ews alow the car to crank but not starts or will it not allow it to crank, the swap was bolt in self exlplanitory i had a 328 donor car that every thing came out of, the only thing that was left was the ews box and keys, i am going to try to swap out the ews boxws and tape a key to the steering colum to try to get it to start to get it to the dealer.

Typically, when EWS is out, the car will be electrically alive (windows, wipers, etc), but won't crank.
