I recently added oil to make the level fine, and changed my coolant. I drive the car pretty hard, but never redline it. Recently the gearshift knob started vibrating a little more, and the engine seems like it goes thrugh small pulses sometimes. Idle is very steady at 600 though. Anything to worry about?
