Good idea seeing that we all have 3XXti's.

where does the info show up? do you have to go into someone's garage profile to see the info or what?

EDIT: also, the mods field doesn't appear to be long enough. i put in a whole bunch of stuff and saved the changes, but it cut off a whole list of mods.

It is in the user profile and member list.
It is similar to the additional profile fields but you have the popup under your name. Only thing it's missing under some people. I'll have to do a little research about that. I guess the whole think might be redundant since many people have it in their signature.

wow ... i completely missed that blue bar in the profile area! frankly, it might be nice to get people to move the mods to the garage section and out of their signature, but to do that, the mods list in the garage section needs to be longer (say 1000 characters or so). can you tweak that?

btw, you have a UUC SSK (not a UCC SSK) ;)

I like it.
hehe...mine is "sexy sport" lol
(Is that OK Steven?)

Edit: Hey, I noticed that under some people's names, the Garage thingy isn't there.
Is there a glitch or something?
Just making sure everything's working right

Sexy sport is OK but I was kinda looking for everyone to keep it uniform. The other was for models outside of the US.

There is a glitch.
I'll have to look into it later.

Fixed it. It should only be visible if there is something in the garage.

Most of my mods are cut short. At least allow scrolling across the field so everything can be seen. Is this possible?

This is a great idea that should reduce bandwidth, as now a simple four-word post/reply is huge if the poster has an avatar, photo in the signature and a multi-line mod list in the signature...

If this is done right, and everyone plays nice, it will be a good improvement to the site. If you want to see what someone has for mods, look in their garage!

That sounds cool.

Will I need to re-type my list afterwords?

I doubt it. Your info is there. It just isn't completely viewable.

LOL
I was just thinking about that too...
I would put one in the garage thingy and the other in the signiature lol.

I can't make the fields any taller to force them to wordwrap.
It is just the way vBulletin uses its class for that function.
How about
Modifications
Modifications
and I'll restrict the length of each field.
OR
Performance
Cosmetics
Future

There appears to be a problem since upgrading the message board. :(
Editing the garage comes up with a blank page.
I'll fix it over the weekend.

Edit: Fixed.

Upper left navigation box (depending on which screen) takes you there.
I think I limit all members to 1M. Unlimited (for now) for site supporters.

Don't know about the activation email. My guess it ended up in your spam folder. It doesn't matter anymore.

Only thing it's missing under some people. I'll have to do a little research about that.

Mine was missing when I left the 'year' field blank (initially left it blank because I have a 2000 & it only goes up to 1999).

Can you add if it's a standard/auto?

It's very helpful when trying to diagnose problems.
