E46 look M3 Mirrors

I was thinking about buying these mirrors for my ti. What do you guys think of them? I'm just looking for some opinions.

i looked at something similar (don't remember them folding up at an angle like that, i believe they folded directly in like one would expect), but ended up going with the bmw m-tech mirrors instead. just personal taste, i don't think those look too bad.

My plan is to eventually convert my car over to a complete Esquiss E46 look M3 front end like the picture below.

I saw those as well, they look nice too. I'm still not sure if I want the E46 look mirrors or the E36 look M3 mirrors.

So you ended up going for the E36 look M3 mirrors for your ti?

yeah ... a good deal came along for authentic ones (Panzer_M's ride was totalled so i picked them up for around $200). the rounded e46 ones might look good on a ti with more of an e46 front end theme. be nice to see one in person, but i don't know anyone who has it.

yeah ... and that's all you'll ever see! lol ... maybe when i can drive it again :tongue: btw, i'm starting to think the underbelly will look better than the topside, lol

looks like it all the painting going on, you would have been better dismantling the entire car and having that sprayed and treated while you refrubed the parts ;)

that comes with the repaint of the car (after i get all the body parts i want, roll the fenders, etc). and all that comes after the DASC + NickG's stage 3, UUC or RE LTW flywheel and sprung-hub clutch setup, and probably 95 M3 steering rack/meyle control arms/treehouse racing eyeball arms/new camber plates too ... so a year or two from now :(
