Bavauto sells carbon fiber brake covers. They are really expensive though.

Even if they dont fit that tight to the caliper they'll restrict airflow but I guess anyone with the mentality to fit them wouldn't give a toss

I was tempted to get the CF brake covers but the price stopped me. I know they are stupid but I love carbon fiber.
