Everytime I go to post I am asked to pay a paypal donation?????
Is this just a server problem or something more serious?

I can't figure out why some people are having a problem and others are not.
Trust me, you are not required to make a donation in order to post.
I added the decal module to the left but it shouldn't have anything to do with anything else.
Edit: I was working on a paid subscription so people can purchase decals. It was just to provide a link to paypal but changed it to the decal button on the lower left. I have deleted the subscription function. Maybe that caused a problem?

When you click on the button 'Post Quick Reply' where does it take you?
Edit: I need to get back to work. I will look into this later tonight.

It brings up a paypal account screen where you pay, that says 2.50$USD

I think I know what is wrong.
I'll fix it in a few hours.
It was never my intent to make people donate in order to post.
Not yet anyway. ;

Let's try it again.
I have the decal block on the home page but removed it from here.

Good. I'll leave the decal block on the home page until I can figure it out.
I think the problem was browser specific. I did not have the problem on my Mac using my test username but did have the problem on a PC.

???
the only thread i saw it on was the one thread you started about what do we want to do about the street racing posts. i thought you'd worked some magic to make the quick reply button take you to paypal :)
Like a toll to post...
It may make people think before posting if they have to pay for it.:yikes:

exactly! i don't think i'd have 3500+ posts if i had to pay $2.50 each post :)
EDIT: it probably wouldn't work too well though. you'd have to pay to help people? might actually get people to search for answers before posting though :)
