Passenger side floorboard leak

for some reason im getting a leak into my passenger side floorboard, ive checked the door seal, the a piller (in case of sunroof leak) and i even checked the ceiling underneath the sunroof for a leak and i still cant find the damn thing. just some background information that could be of use: i recently had my water pump replaced as well as a plastic fitting on the back of the motor replaced (requires the plastic vent that at the bottom of the windshield to be removed) anybody have any thoughts?

thanks,

mine was the door itself....Water was splashing from the inside of the door through all of the little holes in the inner door and running down into the interior.

the thing is i haven't driven it in the rain, or any bad weather in fact, its just been really cold (20 and below)

it turns out it was coming from the sunroof. cant affort to replace the cassette (its broken) so until then i used black silicone and sealed up the sunroof (without smearing it about and making it look like ****)

I remember this problem a long time ago.
I ran water on the windshield and found it overflowing into the wheel well.
If you look along the chassis rails towards the front you should see a few louvered cutouts. I had leaves caught in there.
It was just a matter of the drains not draining properly.
