1999 318 Ti in Austin, TX

I need a 4-door as we have our first child on the way so I am selling my '99 318Ti, it has just over 109,000 miles and is an automatic w/ sunroof and heated seats. Asking $7,000 which is $1,000 under the NADA value in Austin, TX. I have a new Carfax available upon request.
