Vermont S52 Swap Kit
 

Considering pulling the motor from my 318TI, has an S52 from a 98 M3.
Motor has about 110K miles. I have only Put about 5-8 K on this swap, Only thing the motor needs is VANOS, and a valve cover gasket
This would include S52 Motor (2% leakdown on all cylinders except #4 with 4%)
Wiring Harness
DME
Motor mounts (low Miles)
UUC trans mounts (low miles)
Shortened shifter linkage
Getrag Trans
Stage 2 FX Clutch with chromoly Flywheel (low miles)
Mishimoto Radiator
Any other Misc, parts I am forgetting...

I also Have 3.45 small case LSD from a 95TI that was recently rebuilt before i installed it for the right price.

Do NOT want to part separately except for the diff.
