FOR SALE Ultra Rare 1995 BMW 318Ti Club Sport with CLEAN TITLE 2/21: FINALLY! The car sold last night to a local buyer Hey everyone, I'm re-listing the car for sale. The initial buyer had a sudden personal issue come up which may delay his purchase and the commitment he previously gave me. With that in mind he is still very interested and in the running for the car, but if someone else is interested and can make me a concrete offer, I would take that. So the car is back on the market -Marc Alright guys! I have to sell I've reduced to my lowest low number. I'm moving out of state on 2/25. Any offers? Any Takers? PRICE REDUCED!!: Price: $3500 OBO (make me an offer) Car was picked up by Bring a Trailer: http://bringatrailer.com/2016/01/07/...port/#comments Video: https://youtu.be/0wbsltc62_w For sale: 1995 318ti Club Sport in Schwartz II. This car has been very well documented on this forum over the years. I’ve put about $8,230 or so into this car between the repairs and upgrades I’ve done. I’m moving soon and cannot take the car East with me, so I have to let this gem go. I’ve had my ups and downs with it (as you can see in the thread titled “Sad Tale”), but I love the car and am very sad to have to sell it. Shoot me a PM or email me at m.schechter24@gmail.com Pictures: https://drive.google.com/folderview?...1U&usp=sharing It is very clean as you see Mileage: 175,XXX VIN: WBACG532XSAM53569 CarFax Report available on request- No accidents Clean Title Tags good in Wash till next July (2016) Previous Threads about the car : http://318ti.org/forum/showthread.php?t=40550 http://318ti.org/forum/showthread.php?t=41674 Current Listing on Bimmerforums: http://www.panjo.com/buy/for-sale-ul...249624?index=1 Q+A Interview on Panjo Marketplace: https://medium.com/panjo-community/t...215#.gdf1lhgcn Current Listing on Craigslist: http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/cto/5403289669.html All work done at Precision Motor works (Brake Fluid and Oil change, as well as new radiator and hoses) and Fine Tuning (Head replacement and all other work listed below) http://www.precisionmotorworks.net/ http://www.finetuningperformance.com/ New Parts and work done since 6/29/15: Four brand new tires (less than 500 miles on them) Balanced (225/45ZR-17 General G-MAX AS-03) 17” Square set of Contours (look great!) Full Alignment (this car drives great now) 3rd brake light replaced bulbs exhaust hanger before rear muffler replaced rubber stand off on exhaust bracket replaced Re-Machined M44 Head to replace the old one (done by Fine Tuning). The old M42 was all welded up and honestly had some pretty bad leaks, it was shot and leaking coolant. This replacement/upgrade has made a WORLD of a difference. The car idles smoothly, pulls harder! VCG replaced during this service Breather valve on intake replaced New Radiator and Hoses (done by Precision Motorworks) Brake Fluid changed twice to get the pedal feel I was looking for New Pads all four corners (EBC YellowStuff street and track pads) M3 Steering wheel (3spoke) off a 95 M3 (I have the stock wheel too if you want that) Black Kidney grills 3 Silblade wipers Passenger side window mounting piece has been replaced, and that window works perfectly now The Cons: Headliner Sag (fixed with staples, it’s not pretty but it’s functional. There is a picture of that in the pictures link) Rubber parts are cracking (see pictures for more detailed shots. Places like driver side door and rear window rubber) The sunroof stays closed, but if you open it, it will close on it’s own (electrical issue). The driver’s side window mounting piece (not the motor or actuator) is probably on it’s last legs. It has not broken yet, but is making some of the same noises that the passenger side made before it went. Rear windshield wiper has a mind of its own (goes when it wants, again electrical thing) The drivers side door card is loose The speakers are good, but it seems like the passenger side speakers are not as loud (again probably a wiring thing). It still sounds pretty good when you balance it over to the driver side. PREVIOUS POSTING with more info on the car (I have removed information that is not relevant or factual anymore) 1 of 106 jet black (Schwartz II) Club Sports built (of about 200 made total, with 94 being hellrot/red) (some say there are 300, but I'm not sure). This car is a special edition from the BMW Individual program. If you are surfing in here from the internets you probably already know how rare the car is. I've only seen one other for sale in California, ever. This car was purchased from the owner of SF Motorsports in Marin County (a high-end shop that specializes in Ferrari cars) where it served as a runner for the service team and the owner's wife, and he pampered it like it was a Ferrari. E Q U I P M E N T : This car has all three options available to Club Sport models: LSD (Limited Slip Differential) option in the rear, giving it 25% lockup. Premium Audio Package Sunroof Club Sport package cars came with all these items as standard: M-Sport body cladding: M-Technic front air dam with driving lights (identical to Luxury package M3), //M rocker panels, //M door moulding, and rear M3 air diffuser. This is the only non-M3 E36 with factory correct M3 aero kit, including mirrors. The bears repeating: it has the iconic E36 M3 side mirrors (yes, they are FACTORY). //M logo'd shifter knob Red Millpoint interior with red contrast stitching and Montana black leather bolsters. //M floor mats 16" OEM sport wheels Pre-wired for BMW security system and has a central locking mechanism, in addition to 'smart' window close/open mode. C O N D I T I O N : First off, this Ti needs NOTHING to drive and enjoy. Everything is factory correct and works: lights, gauges, electric windows/mirrors, heat & air conditioning. It's all 100% ZERO RUST. ZERO SMOKING. ZERO PETS. The body isn't perfect, but is very nice overall with no glaring/obvious defects. A couple of small dings in the rear bumper. The clearcoat is surprisingly good, and NOT flaking off like every other 1995-1999 E36 I've ever seen. Modifications A short-throw Z4M shifter was installed when the bushings and seals for the transmission were replaced. Super fun to go through the gears in this Ti! The previous owner installed an aftermarket Eclipse radio (it's just. . .OK) and a VERY nice/clean custom subwoofer box in the right rear corner of the car. I think it's an 8" or 10" sub? Not obnoxious and it's NOT a big sub box--just covers the cubby behind the wheel well on the passenger side. Extremely stealth/well done and I didn't notice it when I first bought the car. It's that factory looking. Other than those tasteful mods the car is factory correct. **The motor was rebuilt two years ago and I have receipts for all of the maintenance dating back 5years** (This work has since been undone, at least on the motor head, see above). |

Thanks Bozoloa. Going to make a video next week to keep some interest going. Appreciate all the bumps and help I can get. |
Dang. Hate to see this. Right when you got it going. Them's the breaks though, funny how things work sometimes. This should NOW really be a great TI. Sounds like you fixed it right. |
What kind of camera do you use? |
Check it out! My car was featured by the Panjo storefront and I was interviewed about my experiences with the 318ti so far https://medium.com/panjo-community/t...215#.qs03kflv9 |
Hey Wills My coworker is a pro photographer she was nice enough to help me out with my listing. She says "nikon d610 with a 50mm nikkor 1.4 lens" |
Very sharp car, GLWS |
Got a weird message from a craiglist person. Said he needs the car soon (which sorta makes me suspicious right away as this car is pretty niche), and he wants my VIN to run a CarFax (which I told him I will provide to him). Has anyone heard of scams stemming from giving out the VIN? I know if you look hard enough my VIN is actually on the forums from previous owners. Would love to get feedback on this. Thanks Happy Holidays |

I usually can spot a scammer a mile away by weird things they say. If it doesn't smell right just ignore them. |
