4 Attachment(s) some more pics of the interior, done with the first coat. |
The problem with dark colors is they hide cracks. Caterpillars are yellow because yellow shows cracks. ANd cars that get tracked, develop some cracks eventually.... Dave |
hmmmm didnt knew that |
When I make the call, the interior and underside all gets a medium flat gray paint(not primer). Most of the track cars I've built have had that done. Makes cleaning way easier... Dave |
hmmmm maybe ill paint the interior flat grey next lol even tho flat black and grey they look pretty much the same inside the car anyways |
Remember this is paint, not primer, its a semi gloss surface, pick a color light enough to let the cracks show black, but just dark enough it does not glare to harshly... I usually also put in a flat black light baffle across the top of the dash if its a car where the factory dash is removed... I make them out of ABS plastic. Use the black roll bar padding to keep the roll bar near the windshield from reflecting in the glass. Dave |
yeah mine is paint too not primer and yeah maybe ill go with grey but is gonna stay like this for now |
How many pounds did you drop from removing the rear interior? |
