Swap advice needed for a newbie

Hi Folks!

I always wanted a 318 with a big motor. I just bought a 98 ti m sport with a 2.5 L M50TU B25 with vanos. The engine swap was well done but still keeps the stock trans, diff and brakes. The car has a ton of torque and power from idle but turns 4000 at 80. I think a different final drive would fix the problem. Any suggestions on what differential I would use out of what model? I would like to change out the diff or final drive without changing the rear suspension if possible.

Now that I have more power I want to upgrade the front brakes with some vented rotors and perhaps some bigger calipers. I have 17 inch wheels. What brakes will bolt on? I want the car to be able to do some track days. What works best?

Lastly, does anyone make a roll hoop for the TI? I would like a bolt in job, not a full cage. Any thoughts?

Sound like you might have a 3.73LSD and if so a 3.23 would be a good fit. This is something I am also going for.
