1996 318Ti 5speed Cali Top
 

I have a 1996 318Ti with a manual 5speed trans and california top. It has 111K miles on it. In Dec 2010 I ran it off the freeway to avoid rearending another fool. I tried to ride the shoulder but a guard rail end made that plan end quickly. It went through some big brush, down the embankment, across e concrete drainage ditch and came to rest on a chain link fence. After it was pulled out I had the front control arms replaced along with the damaged wheel. I drove it from Feb to July. When I went to renew the reg the DMV said I needed to get a salavge title. It has just sat since then. I had it in a garage for the first year but lost it. Now it is just sitting outside in my parking space. I have a Rt Frt fender and hood to go with it.
I am not parting out this car. The whole thing is for sale. Great for a eng and manual trans swap. The cali top was replaced in 2009. The battery is dead. I jumpped it today for the first time in a long time. It started right up but it now has a sqeek maybe belt pully. $1500.00 obo. nicc67@hotmail.com
