318ti auto tranny in a 325i?
 

I have an auto tranny out of my 98 ti that I want to put in a 93 325i. Did an auto to manual dwap and a friend wanna pay me $750 for the auto tranny installed cuz his in his 325i is gone. just making sure it will bolt right up with no driveshaft change or different diff gearing. I'm pretty sure It will but wanted to make sure.. someone give me some reassurance!..

It should be a straight swap, no issues. I have assisted with the reverse (an auto from a 325i into a ti) and it was a direct swap.

Alright thanks for the help. Glad I've found something to do with this auto tranny I have jus taking up space. And of course all the money will go back into my ti. :)
