What do you need it to do? DD, track car, to on steroids?

Fun reliable daily. Maybe 200 hp range. I've heard turbocharging the M42 is pretty difficult though and I still don't wanna do an s52 swap haha

Let me know what you do for that 2nd gear synchro problem.
How much it costs and part cause I'll probably need to do it myself in the future because 2nd gear slips if I don't jam it in properly.

I don't really have much experience with fixing transmissions besides replacing a clutch and a flywheel so I'm just going to bring it in to a trans shop. I'll ask the guy though and report back
